What I have in common with; Frederick the Great?

Frederick II (German: Friedrich II.; 24 January 1712 – 17 August 1786) was a King in Prussia (1740–1772) and a King of Prussia (1772–1786) from the Hohenzollern dynasty.

okay... ready?

same birthday; january 24th

same name; Frederica - Frederik

name means; mighty protector "of Fred (peace, protection) and rik (powerful)

eh what else?
We both LOVE music

Voltaire wrote this about him: 'In the morning he is a great king, after eating a great writer, philosopher, a human all day and evening an excellent host.'

Hopefully my friends can confirm this last part...\

And no I dont look like him - this guy doesnt even look like Frederick the Great.
It was one of his protectors or bodyguards. Back in 1740. In Pruisen, Germany or former Poland.
Anyhow this guys is recognizable as bodyguard of Frederik de Grote because of his head. The SS Totenkopf is the name of the head. The skull stands for 'loyalty until death'.

During the WOI, the Skull as a sign used by a number of German units, particularly of the Storm Troopers, Flame throwers Tank Battalions and Detachments.

After 1918 appeared the SS Totenkopf Germany again, this time on the helmets and a variety of vehicle Frei Corps. This made it a symbol of post-war traditionalism and anti-Bolshevism wich is:

Bolshevism, a socialistic variant, more generally, was later called communism. Where communism throughout the world except the United States, the aversion of many communist states against America, a political factor of significance was Bolshevism remained an exclusively Russian affair.

It was therefore not surprising that members of the Stosstrupp Adolf Hitler took over the emblem in 1923. Due to the fact that they have a large stock emblems found in a depot.

Enough for now. Cops are driving back n foward my house. I life in Eindhoven. Wake up people.
